Location: Beacon Hill, Boston
Flooring: 120-Year-Old Historic Red Oak
This project involved restoring historic oak boards damaged by decades of heavy wear and UV fading. Our crew carefully repaired loose planks using matching historic timber, performed a dust-free sand, and applied a custom mid-tone walnut stain topped with a high-durability commercial satin finish. The result is a floor that retains its historic character while being fully protected.

Flooring: 5-Inch Select White Oak
An elegant modern renovation requiring subfloor leveling and the installation of premium wide-plank white oak. The boards were laid in clean, long runs throughout the open-concept living area, meticulously sanded flat, and finished with a water-based matte poly for a natural, Scandinavian aesthetic that emphasizes the wood's organic grain.
