Premium Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) installations. Waterproof, scratch-resistant flooring that replicates natural timber textures perfectly.
If you love the aesthetic of hardwood but have high-moisture rooms, active pets, or young children, Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) is an exceptional modern solution. LVP features a multi-layer composite core topped with a highly detailed photo-realistic wood grain wrap and a commercial-grade wear layer.
Unlike traditional vinyl sheet flooring, LVP is installed in individual interlocking planks, creating authentic depth and texture underfoot. It is 100% waterproof, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and finished basements.
Our installation team ensures that your concrete or wood subfloor is completely clean and level, applying premium acoustic underlayment to absorb sound and provide a soft feel underfoot.
We thoroughly scrape and vacuum the subfloor, ensuring a flat, grit-free surface that prevents telegraphing (plank bumps).
We lay down thick vapor barriers and sound-dampening foam underlayments, reducing noise and protecting from moisture.
We lock planks together with staggered joints, adding matched color transitions and baseboards for a clean, waterproof finish.
Yes. The composite core (SPC or WPC) and the vinyl layer are completely impervious to water. However, water can still seep between seams to the subfloor if a major flood occurs. In kitchens and baths, we seal the perimeter with silicone caulk to prevent moisture from slipping under baseboards.
LVP can be installed over existing flat tile or concrete, provided the grout lines are filled flush and the surface is flat within 3/16" over a 10-foot span. If the floor is uneven, we apply a self-leveling cement compound to ensure a smooth, stable foundation first.
The wear layer determines LVP's resistance to scratching. We recommend a minimum of 12 mil (0.3mm) wear layer for low-traffic residential areas, and 20 mil (0.5mm) or higher for high-traffic halls, kitchens, pets, or light commercial settings. We only install 12-20+ mil planks.
